Refunds or credits can only be made for a face to face lesson or classes if a lesson has to be cancelled by The Let's Paint Club! due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments should be made online.

Please contact Sandra Louisa at The Let's Paint Club! if requesting to pay (for a Face to Face lessons only) by bank transfer.

You may unsubscribe at any time from The Let's Paint Club! mailing list by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page or contact sandralouisa@hotmail.co.uk.

Your details will then be removed from the email list.

The Let's Paint Club! uses the latest antivirus software and updates on a regular basis.

Members details are kept to a minimum.

We do not store debit or credit or bank details.

Members details may include full name, email address and contact phone number (rarely an address).

Upon leaving The Let's Paint Club! members details will be removed from all systems (apart from accounting)

Members details are kept within invoices required for accounting / book keeping purposes for HMRC and are kept for 6 years as legally required.
